Thank you, you are dope! This hotel is original and has new-fashioned rooms with affable staff. The venue has a top-notch restaurant for breakfast.

Luxurious and special hotel with efficient employees from check-in to check-out Large and contemporary room and exceptionally comfortable bed. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking on site. Had Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The location was phenomenal, really close to Abhasa Spa. Very welcoming staff from check-in to check-out and the facilities provided were fantastic! Really enjoyed our rooms with a balcony.

our romantic weekend at the royal hawaiian exceeded all expectations. the historic property, beautiful garden, and spacious rooms were absolutely luxurious. the stunning view of waikiki beach and diamond head from the hotel was breathtaking. the staff were understanding and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One small disappointment - the beach cabana attendant was difficult to understand.

The Royal Hawaiian delivered a truly magical experience. The stunning Moroccan lights and Spanish Moorish architecture instantly transported us to an exotic world. The grand entrances and vibrant colors of the palace, set amidst lush green gardens, created an enchanting atmosphere. We loved being just meters away from the beach, with breathtaking views of Diamond Head. And as a family with two young kids, the Sheraton pools next door were a bonus feature.

We felt incredibly fortunate to have found this gem of a resort, as it exceeded all our expectations. No complaints whatsoever.

The location is great, the historic building beautiful.

The staff were disinterested and looked constantly harassed. They applied a mandatory $25 dollar resort charge to include items such as daily internet, parking etc regardless of usage. If they wanted the extra money they should just add it to the room rate. We would certainly not return.

The hotel is very luxurious, staff is friendly & accommodating. The Hotel is iconic, one of the original turn of the century resorts in Waikiki. The hotel has managed to keep the hotel & its services modernized while still holding on to its original charm.

A shout out to the driver for allowing us to use the shuttle, and we loved how conveniently close this place is to the beautiful Waikiki beach.

I stayed because I had always wanted to. I had a garden view room and even though the rooms were refurbished in 2008 they are beginning to look worn. While the staff were pleasant it woe have. Even nice to be shown the main facilities on arrival. I had to ask how to connect to the Internet as this was not evident in the room. I had one breakfast only with toast and coffee which was not espresso cappuccino but filter with froth and luke warm and expensive. Given the so called reputation of this hotel it was very disappointing and more like a 3 and a half star.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful with exceptional personnel from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed the plentiful and wonderful breakfast served with drinks included.

The Royal Hawaiian, A Luxury Collection Resort, Waikiki is perfect for those traveling by car. The hotel offers convenient parking facilities.

Location is excellent. Very close to the nicest restaurants and shopping stores. Room is clean and view is to die for.

No value for money. The hotel show some age in so many part of it.
